This project involved the design of a 4,600 sq. ft., 5BR-4BA high-end Mediterranean style residence. Originally our client wanted to renovate her 35 year old home. After consulting, with our crew, we convinced the owner to build a brand new design and construction for this property. Despite challenging site conditions, the design result in a  successful  project, with an outstanding façade and excellent views to the intracoastal along 147' deck length, and our client has been eternally thankful for the final outcome.
