This project involved the design of a 4,600 sq. ft., 5BR/4BA high-end Mediterranean style residence. Originally our client wanted to renovate their 35 year old home. After consulting, with our crew, we convinced the owner to build a brand new design and construction for this property. Despite challenging site conditions, the design results successful  with an imponent façade and excellent views to the intracoastal along 147' deck length, and our client has been eternally thankful for the final outcome.
