Our architectural team, collaborating with a major developer, designed several projects from contemporary to Mediterranean along North Bay Road, Miami Beach. These 4 spec home projects ranged from 3,600 - 4,800 sq. ft. and were all ssuccessfully built and sold, at time of completion.
