Originally the property was zoned for storage up to  4-stories, Creative Art & Design was able to  aprove a change of zonnig for commercial 12-story office building. Our design was approved by the Ojus Zoning Board and eventually became what is now Beacon Tower on the corner of Ives Dairy Rd. and West Dixie Hwy.
